Teachers pour so much of themselves into others-time, energy, patience, and love. Every day, we give our best to nurture young minds and hearts, often forgetting to care for our own. But even the most dedicated educators need to pause and breathe.
Taking a step back doesn’t mean we’re giving up; it means we’re recharging to serve better. We deserve moments of peace, rest, and healing, too. A mental health break isn’t selfish-it’s necessary.
No trainings, no online reports, no virtual meetings. Just REST. Health break please🙏

IT'S TIME TO NORMALIZE THESE:👩🏫💖
1. Pag absent, absent ka. Wag mo isipin ang naiwang work mo. Kaya ka nag absent eh, kasi may reason ka not to work. You have other priorities for that day, whether for your rest, a special occasion for your loved one, taking a break, having a vacation, etc. Make the most out of your absence!🙌
2. If you're sick, take a leave. Pag naka sick leave, REST! Hindi ka naman work from home BUT naka sick leave. HINDI KA ROBOT.😇
3. Remember, you are replaceable. Pag work sa workplace lang yun. Hindi ka employee sa bahay mo. You're a loving parent, child, or spouse. YOU ARE MORE THAN JUST AN EMPLOYEE!💗
4. Promote Well-Being and Self-Care. Saying NO when the work is overwhelming is a form of self-care. DON'T GLORIFY OVERWORKING. WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER.💗
5. When we die, our positions will be filled again after few months, but the vacuum and void in our families and at our homes might be costly.
6. Take a break, magbakasyon, magtravel, mag-shopping. HAVE A ME-TIME too.🫡🫂

Coffee☕ and cookie🍪 for Sunday morning!🌞
Lactating🤱 moms can take coffee, but of course in moderation or atleast once a day only. It is recommended to limit caffeine intake while breastfeeding. Atleast 1 or 2 cups per day is still safe.
Been breastfeeding for almost 14months and I only drink coffee and tea, including milktea once a week. My daily morning drink is either MILO or lactation coffee paired with lactation cookie or any crackers.
Generally, water is the most important of all fluids while breastfeeding. Always keep hydrated. That is the SECRET😜
