Lead Camp is more than a leadership program. It is a formative journey that challenges student leaders to grow beyond titles and positions, and embrace the deeper responsibility of becoming leaders grounded in integrity, selfless service, and excellence in action. It seeks to shape individuals who lead not for recognition, but with compassion, accountability, humility, and genuine commitment to the welfare of others.

The activity is scheduled to be held on July 8, 9, and 10, 2026, at the HCDC Maritime Training Center, Camudmud, Island Garden City of Samal, Davao del Norte.

Please be informed that ONLY 90 slots are available for this year’s Lead Camp. Once the 90 slots have been filled, the application will automatically close. Strictly no special arrangements or considerations will be accommodated once all slots are occupied.

Re: Use of HCDC ID Lanyard and Reiteration of ID Policy

HCDC hosts many interschool competitions, the most recent of which is the DACS Sportsfest. As such, many students from other schools are allowed in the campus. For security purposes, it is important for our security personnel to easily recognize these students while they are in the campus. The lanyard helps in this process of identification. However, with HCDC students using different lanyards, the process is not that easy.

In view of the above, all students are required to use the official lanyard of HCDC, except the student assistants, and Cross Media and Cross Yearbook scholars, who will continue to use their organization ID lanyard.

Please be reminded that, as provided in the HCDC Student Handbook, wearing of school ID is compulsory. The ID must be worn at all times within the campus. The lanyard and ID should be worn around the neck, on the front of the body, and on the outermost piece of clothing. The ID must be visible and not covered.

Lanyards and ID cards are school property. Students must not deface or cover the official picture of the ID. Any student who violates this will be sanctioned in accordance with the provisions of the HCDC Student Handbook.

For information and guidance.
