Guilaran Grabs Gold in Bocce Singles

Romelyn Guilaran of Bolton Elementary School - Davao Central secured first place in the Bocce Singles – Girls event during Unit Meet 1 held at SPED Bangkal.

Guilaran, an ID-SNED learner, displayed impressive throwing skills and strategies in her opening game, earning a high score through her accurate and well-planned throws.

Her determination and focus throughout the match helped her overcome the competition and claim the top spot in the event.

Coach Agnes F. Tatoy expressed her happiness over the participation and efforts of her athletes. “Happy kayo ko naka-join sila Unit Meet. Makita nako nga naningkamot jud sila,” Tatoy said.

Guilaran’s victory highlighted not only her athletic ability but also the importance of perseverance, confidence, and opportunities for learners with special educational needs to showcase their talents in sports.

A week of meaningful learning, patience, and progress! 📖

September 2-8, 2026 - Bolton Elementary School conducted the ARAL program designed to strengthen learners’ reading skills, build confidence, and nurture a love for reading. With the collaborative effort of the principal, Mrs. Rossel N. Longakit, teachers, parents, and students, the implementation of the ARAL program was successful. Every word read, every effort made, and every small improvement is a step toward becoming a more confident and capable reader.

Bolton Elementary School joins the kick off celebration of the National Teachers Month 2026. BES teachers started the celebration through zumba and simple fellowship headed by the school head, Mrs. Rossel N. Longakit. It was indeed a superb way to start the world teachers’ day celebration.

Based on the inspection conducted, Bolton Elementary School has been declared SAFE TO OCCUPY.

This assessment assures our school community that the school facilities remain structurally safe for educational activities and the conduct of classes.

February 12, 2026 - Bolton Elementary School conducted its first ever online voting for the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) Election Day 2026. The process was conducted efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for all the students. It was indeed a meaningful experience for all the students of Bolton ES to take part in an online-driven voting.
The election day 2026 was successfully done with the leadership of our school head, Mrs. Rossel N. Longakit and the SELG adviser, Mrs. Rafaela S. Erediano.
