You can never be too old or too young to take better care of your bones! Our bones can get either stronger or weaker over time, depending on how we take care of them.

So, if you care for your health, you care for your bones too!

Some people are contented to coast through life, hoping to land exactly where they need to be and knowing what to do when the time comes.

Others, on the other hand, make active choices to comprehend who they are and what they want, as well as to develop goals that will keep them on track.

However, understanding how to cope with the lessons that life has to provide is an important element of living a successful life.

Success stories may differ from one to another but there is a common denominator to all, and that is the lesson that successful people learned from their failures.

Join our LIVE Career Talks Program, now on its 17th Episode, Season 2 via Facebook with MR. LORD VINCENT VAN N. MENDOZA, OIC DIRECTOR FOR PUBLICATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS as he imparts lessons of life in his topic “LIFE LESSONS I LEARNED THE HARD WAY (and I Hate them)”
