The University of Mindanao College of Engineering Education requests all students to submit their professional certificates [e.g., Safety Officer 2 (SO2), Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH), and other relevant certifications] for documentation and record consolidation.
These documents will be used for verification in applying them as Microcredentials. Once validated, these certifications will also be reflected as expanded credentials/badges in the studentsโ Transcript of Records (TOR).
Microcredentials are short, competency-based certifications that recognize specific skills or knowledge gained through training, seminars, or professional programs. These serve as additional credentials that enhance a studentโs academic profile and employability.
Students may personally submit their certificates to their respective Program Heads or upload them through the provided link below.

Designed as a hands-on and participatory project, it aimed to share practical knowledge on proper plumbing practices and pipe connections while responding to the communityโs need for better access to a reliable water supply. Through this, the project contributed to enhancing daily living conditions and strengthening community awareness on sustainable water management. Throughout the sessions, participants were actively engaged in guided demonstrations and actual installation processes, allowing both students and community members to exchange knowledge and experiences.
The final day of the program, which was held yesterday, highlighted the culmination of all efforts through the awarding of certificates and the sharing of insights, reflections, and experiences gained throughout the four Saturdays of implementation.
