3-in-1 Benchmarking Visit | Three Schools in One Day

On May 26, 2026, the University Library Team of University of the Philippines Mindanao successfully conducted a benchmarking visit to three institutions with established medical libraries and learning resource facilities:

University Of Southeastern Philippines - Tagum Campus
Davao Medical School Foundation, Inc.
Brokenshire College Inc

The visits were conducted in preparation for the opening of the School of Medicine of UP Mindanao and aimed to gather insights, best practices, and valuable recommendations on medical library services, collections, learning spaces, and digital resources.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our host institutions for warmly welcoming the UP Mindanao University Library Team and generously sharing their experiences and expertise.

Through collaboration and shared learning, we continue to strengthen our commitment to building an innovative, responsive, and future-ready medical library that will support excellence in medical education, research, and service.
