Institutional Assessment for Organic Agriculture Production NC II was successfully conducted at Datu Ibrahim Paglas Memorial College, Inc.. The activity aimed to evaluate the competencies, skills, and knowledge of trainees in accordance with TESDA Training Regulations and competency standards for Organic Agriculture Production NC II. The assessment covered core competencies such as raise organic chicken, produce organic vegetable,produce organic fertilizers, producing organic concoctions and extracts.
The assessment proper included written examination, demonstration of skills, oral questioning, and evaluation of work performance following TESDA competency assessment procedures. Assessors ensured that all tools, materials, facilities, and assessment packages complied with TESDA requirements prior to the conduct of assessment.
The conduct of the institutional assessment reflects the commitment of Datu Ibrahim Paglas Memorial College, Inc. in providing quality Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and preparing trainees for national certification and future employment opportunities in the field of organic agriculture.
