In response to requests from members of our community who were unable to complete their vehicle sticker application within the previous deadline, the General Services Office (GSO) has extended the online application period.

Please note that the following documents must be submitted online. The GSO will not collect physical copies of these documents:
• 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐩𝐭 (𝐎𝐑) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐂𝐑) of the vehicle
• 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 of the vehicle user
• 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞 for second-hand/second-owner vehicles
• 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 for newly acquired vehicles, in the absence of an OR

𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Please secure an endorsement letter from the Prefect’s Office. The Prefect’s Office will require photocopies of the documents listed above before issuing the endorsement.
• 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐎𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬: Please secure an endorsement from the Matron Office. This endorsement is required to secure an entry pass during weekends and holidays.
