𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬 🌿

Last April 18, 2026, the Student Wellness Center (SWC) Counselors conducted a benchmarking activity with the DLSZ School Counseling Office and the Benilde Well-Being Center to gain deeper insights into their guidance and counseling systems, as well as their psychological testing programs. 💚

This meaningful exchange of knowledge and best practices allowed the SWC team to further strengthen its commitment to delivering responsive, holistic, and student-centered services. Through collaboration and shared learning, we continue to enhance our approaches in supporting the well-being and development of the Lasallian community.

✨ 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝟒 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐩 ✨

From January to April 2026, the 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗦𝗪𝗖) – Basic Education, alongside the DLSUD HS Lasallian Peer Facilitators, carried out a series of impactful initiatives—from recruitment and leadership-building activities to wellness programs, outreach efforts, and collaborative learning experiences. 💚🌿

Each milestone reflects a shared mission to create safe spaces, strengthen connections, and continuously support the holistic well-being of the Lasallian community. ✨

Held last March 18, 2026 at Mutien Marie Hall, the Student Wellness Center (SWC), brought together De La Salle University- Dasmariñas High School's Student Leaders and Athletes in a 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. 🫂

Through open sharing and active listening, participants were given the opportunity to be heard, to connect with one another, and to take a well-deserved break from their responsibilities. 🙌

Sa psychiatric consultation, kakausapin ka ng doktor tungkol sa nararamdaman mo, iniisip mo, at mga problema mo sa araw-araw.

Tatanungin din ang tungkol sa iyong tulog, gana sa pagkain, at kung gaano na katagal ang nararanasan mong hirap.

Kung kailangan, magbibigay ang psychiatrist ng gamot at ipapaliwanag kung para saan ito at paano iinumin.

Magbibigay din siya ng payo at plano kung ano ang susunod na hakbang para sa iyong paggaling.

The 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 booth, Blush of Love on 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟖–𝟐𝟎 reminded us how meaningful the experience was—not just for us, but for everyone who visited.

Through this booth, we hoped to create a small space where people could feel seen, valued, and uplifted. Sometimes, even the simplest gestures can brighten someone’s day and remind them that they are cared for. 💖🌸
