Spearheaded by the Office of the Vice President for Administrative Services (OVPAS) and the Information and Communications Technology Center (ICTC), the workshop was facilitated by Supervaise, Inc. trainers Dr. Andres Philip Mayol and Dr. John Anthony Jose, equipping the University’s non-technical personnel with practical skills in AI prompting and automated workflows to enhance efficiency and service delivery across campus operations.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: ICTC, in partnership with GSO, conducted an orientation on the Turnstile Access Control System on April 6 at the AdG Reception Hall.

✨ Set for implementation in 𝐀𝐘 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕, the system will feature:
• 👤 Facial Recognition
• 📱 Mobile Access
• 🪪 ID Card Entry

💚 This initiative comes at 𝐧𝐨 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭 to students. Kiosks will also be available during enrollment to assist the Lasallian community.
