The Information and Communications Technology Center (ICTC) successfully conducted its Work-Life Balance Seminar and Wellness Activity on July 16, 2026, bringing together personnel for a day of learning, wellness, and camaraderie.

The morning session featured the seminar titled "๐‘ฉ๐’‚๐’๐’‚๐’๐’„๐’† ๐‘ป๐’๐’…๐’‚๐’š, ๐‘ฉ๐’†๐’•๐’•๐’†๐’“ ๐‘ป๐’๐’Ž๐’๐’“๐’“๐’๐’˜", delivered by Ms. Agnes Gibas. Participants gained valuable insights on maintaining a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal well-being, emphasizing the importance of self-care, productivity, and holistic growth.

In the afternoon, ICTC personnel gathered at the Ugnayang La Salle for a series of exciting pickleball-themed fun games facilitated by Mr. Ardie Marquez, who served as the event's game master. The activities promoted teamwork, sportsmanship, and friendly competition among the participating teams.

The Black Team secured 3rd Place, while the Blue Team earned 2nd Place. The Green Team finished as 1st Runner-Up, and emerging as the overall champion was the Red Team, led by Ms. Mae Obispo.

The event served as a meaningful opportunity for the ICTC family to learn, recharge, and strengthen workplace connections beyond their daily responsibilities.
