• A copy of the Certificate of Registration (COR) may be attached, if available

The Office of the Campus Director has issued a temporary moratorium on the wearing of student uniforms, effective immediately.

Students are allowed to wear civilian attire, as long as it follows the proper dress guidelines outlined in 𝗢𝗦𝗔 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗡𝗼. 𝟬𝟮, 𝘀. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, and maintains appropriate decorum within the campus.

Please be guided accordingly and observe proper dress code at all times.
