Gianan (CLAC), and Christian Kim Paolo Banta (CBAA), this resolution calls on the Lasallian community to stand united against gender-based violence and uphold the values of dignity, equality, and respect.

The University Student Government Senate of the Seventh Congress has officially adopted Senate Resolution No. 07-012 during its 8th Formal Session held on November 30, 2025.
Introduced by Sen. Henric Jermaine Z. Gianan (CLAC) and sponsored by Sen. Casper Miguel F. Llanes (CCJE) and Sen. Suspension of Classes and Office Operations
December 4, 2025
De La Salle University-DasmariΓ±as suspended classes and office operations effective 3:00 PM today following a bomb threat that was received through one of our communication platforms.
In line with University security protocols, the Security Office and law enforcement authorities immediately conducted a full sweep of all campus premises to ensure the safety and protection of the Lasallian community.
We reminded all students, personnel, and the public to remain calm, vigilant, and responsible, and to refrain from sharing unverified information that could create unnecessary alarm or disrupt official procedures.
All updates were released and will continue to be issued through official University channels.
Your safety has remained-and continues to remainβ our highest priority.

In light of recent executive resignations, the Senate of the Seventh Congress affirms its unwavering commitment to truth, accountability, and institutional integrity. Resignation does not absolve one of responsibility. The Senate has formally ordered an Inquiry in Aid of Legislation to address unresolved questions of governance, integrity, and public trust.
The University Student Government remains resilient. Legislative authority stands firm. The Senate continues to uphold its mandate to serve the Lasallian community with vigilance and resolve.

The University Student Government Senate of the Seventh Congress has officially adopted the Non-Disclosure Agreement for all Senators and Senatorial Aides during its 7th Regular Session held on November 22, 2025.
Through Senate Resolution No. 07-011, introduced by Sen. Henric Jermaine Z. Gianan (CLAC) and sponsored by Sen. Casper Miguel F. Llanes (CCJE), the Senate reinforced its commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and accountability in all legislative proceedings and communications.
The resolution mandates the following:
β’ All Senators and Senatorial Aides shall sign and comply with the Non-Disclosure Agreement.
β’ Violations shall be sanctioned as follows:
β First Offense: Formal written warning
β Second Offense: Suspension from Senate duties
β Third Offense: Referral to the High Court for judicial review
This agreement shall remain in effect until the end of Academic Year 2025β2026, unless otherwise determined.
