During this difficult time, it's important to continue looking after your physical and mental health. This will not only help you in the long-term, but it will also help you fight COVID-19 if you get it. (World Health Organization, 2020)
It is evident that coronavirus disease negatively affects our physical health, and took a vast number of people’s life. That is why we, the informed society through a pandemic, wanted to convey the importance and other factors of physical health that aim for a better immune system as well as stronger well-being through a webinar.
With that being said, we are glad to invite you to the first part of our webinar duology entitled “Self-Care: Be Physically Fit to Fight Covid” this May 28, 2020 (Friday) from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm.
Join us as we ISTAP the ignorance and gain awareness about COVID-19.
We hope to see you there!✨

The coronavirus disease has evidently caused a massive impact in all aspects of life, predominantly in health. The project "Informed Society Through A Pandemic," or simply Project: ISTAP, aims to create a health-based information campaign to raise awareness about Covid-19 and engage with a variety of people to provide help by lending an ear and talking to them personally.
One of ISTAP's goals is to use its content to encourage people to live a healthier lifestyle and be more mindful in the face of the pandemic. Together we will prevent the spread of COVID-19 through the power of information.
