[LOOK] Earlier today, the Center for Data Analytics, Data Science, and Evaluation (CDADSE) of Davao Oriental State College (DOrSU) made an initial presentation of the LTO Management System for the Davao Region. The development of this web-based application is one of the components of LTO XI’s S.A.F.E. Schools Initiative (Strengthening Advocacy for Future Educators and Drivers).
This comprehensive system is designed to streamline and modernize processes related to vehicle registration, driver licensing, traffic violation management, and other transportation services. It serves as a supplementary platform for citizens, LTO officers, and administrators, providing secure and user-friendly access to essential services and information.
CDADSE Center Director Mr. Wilkin F. Simo, along with the BSIT interns Mr. Clarence Japinan and Mr. Aljur Lacbayo, presented the initial output of the system. The prototype was tested and validated by LTO Mati District Office Chief Mr. Lloyd D. Bucod and Mr. Emilio Respicio Jr., who provided valuable feedback.
Following their recommendations, the system is set to be deployed next week for data collection and further testing. This collaboration between DOrSU and LTO XI highlights a shared commitment to innovation, efficiency, and improved public service delivery in the Davao Region.
