Starting November 16, 2026, the Directorate for Information, Communication and Technology (DICT) will begin deleting Google Workspace accounts belonging to our university alumni and former DOrSU employees.

This action is necessary because the University Google Workspace Account has reached its maximum limit of users. Moving forward, this will enable us to seamlessly accommodate new students and employees of the university.

We understand that your files are important to you. Hence, we highly recommend that concerned parties back up their files before the scheduled deletion date.
