DOST-SEI is now accepting applications for the 2027 DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarships.

📋 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮
• Grade 12 students graduating in SY 2026-2027 who belong to the STEM strand or are among the top 5% of their non-STEM graduating class
• Grade 12 graduates from previous school years who have not yet enrolled in college and meet the same STEM/non-STEM requirements

𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲'𝗱 ✅

Out of the 45 officially enrolled students, a total of 36 students participated in the election, representing an 80% vote turnout.

In accordance with the 𝘚𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 4, 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘭𝘦 𝘝𝘐 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘖𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘮'𝘴 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘉𝘺-𝘓𝘢𝘸𝘴, candidates will be elected by garnering the majority of votes. In case that there is no opposition, the nominated, must get the votes of at least 50% plus one of the first year student population.

The Organism is conducting its First-Year Senatorial Election to elect a representative who will serve as the voice of the first-year Biology students and represent their interests within the organization.

This voting form is exclusively open to officially enrolled first-year Biology students. Voting will be conducted on August 15, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

This Friday, 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, The Organism will hold its 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲 through an online modality via 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 and 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞. Everyone is invited!!!
