𝐒𝐔𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐃𝐀𝐘
Giving hope through little things.

There's no human who don't want to be understood. Everyone of us not only deserve to feel heard or supported, but everyone of us should be valued as who we are.

Today, we are celebrating World Su***de Prevention Day, even simplest things could offer to somebody or someone is so much appreciated.

Sometimes, a simple tap, saying or calling someone's name to check for them really matter. A simple conversation or just listening to someone while reaching out can be a meaningful as we want to value our fellow being and make them feel more hope in life.

From compassion to action, let us offer ourselves even in little things to create hope.

This is to remind everyone that:
"𝐍𝐎 𝐌𝐀𝐍 𝐈𝐒 𝐀𝐍 𝐈𝐒𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃"

Being vulnerable doesn't define you and your strength. Sometimes it's okay to ask for help.
