The Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP) envisions its graduates to contribute to the welfare of society.

The Virtual Career Center is a virtual space to engage with students, alumni, industry and the community for internship, scholarship, career growth and development, and life design. To realize this, the graduates must be provided with an opportunity to prepare for employment. The presence of a strong Career Center ensures higher probability of job placement for graduates. The TIP Career Center was

established in line with the school’s deep commitment to help students jumpstart their careers by linking them to the job market. Finishing a degree is not a guarantee that one will get employed, and even if he does, he may still find himself underemployed. While TIP is confident that its graduates are capable of finding a job after graduation, the school is committed to assist students to position themselves for the best jobs. It starts by knowing how to write a winning resume, craft an impressive cover letter, and learn how to ace an interview. The Career Center is also an in-school resource center. It shall provide students with resources needed for internship and eventual employment. Information about the job market, career advices, proficiency and skills trainings, among others are also available. Likewise, the center also provides a wide range of in-school services and programs such as career testing and counseling, student development programs, connection to the alumni, industry linkage, and others.

The 𝗚𝗧 𝗬𝗘𝗦 (Youth for Excellence and Service) Scholarship Program of GT Foundation is opening additional scholarship slots exclusively for first-year students of 𝗧.𝗜.𝗣. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮 for SY 2026–2027!

Qualified scholars may receive:

✨ ₱50,000 tuition fee subsidy per semester for four years
✨ Internship opportunities within Metrobank and GT Capital companies

💰 Scholarship Benefit:
