Success Story: 2-Day School INSET 2026

The 2-Day School-Based INSET held on September 10-11, 2026 at Pigcawaran Elementary School was successfully conducted with the Title, “Strengthening Effective Classroom Management: Building Positive, Inclusive, Engaging, and Learning-Focused Classrooms.”

The training enhanced teachers' knowledge and skills in creating positive, inclusive, and learner-centered classrooms through engaging discussions, collaborative activities, and practical workshops. Valuable insights were shared by the resource speakers, Maam Ma. Ella B. Ampuyas, Maam Shiela S. Fernandez, and Maam Melody B. Roque, empowering teachers with effective classroom management strategies that can be applied in their daily instruction.

Under the leadership and supervision of our School Principal Jeane A. Magaro, the activity fostered professional growth, strengthened collaboration among teachers, and reinforced the school's commitment in providing quality education. As a result, participants emerged better equipped to create learning environments where every learner feels valued, engaged, and motivated to succeed.

Indeed, the INSET was a successful and meaningful learning experience that contributed to building stronger classrooms and better learning outcomes for all learners.
