CCNHS-DESS | RAMADHAN SYMPOSIUM x PROJECT KALIMU 2026
Date: March 12, 2026

Yesterday, our school successfully conducted a meaningful Ramadhan Symposium that reminded our students of the true values and significance of the holy month of Ramadan. The activity was graced by our esteemed guest speaker Ust. Faisal Dacungan, who shared inspiring insights about faith, discipline, compassion, and the importance of living out the teachings of Ramadan in our daily lives.

We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to our generous sponsors, especially MP Bai Ali, for donating sacks of rice for our students and Maam Norainne Diana Karon for initiating this project called PROJECT KALIMU in the Holy Month of Ramadhan. Your kindness and generosity greatly contributed to the success of this activity and brought joy to many learners. May Allah bless you abundantly and reward your generosity.

To conclude the program, we held a Grand Iftar, where food was generously shared with our students. It was a beautiful moment of unity as everyone gathered for a grand dinner per class.

Our heartfelt thanks also go to our guest speaker, teachers, organizers, and everyone who supported and contributed to make this event successful.

May this Ramadan continue to inspire us to practice generosity, compassion, and unity in our community.
Ramadan Mubarak to everyone! 🌙✨

With great pride and honor, I am representing CCNHS – Don E. Sero Site as the SSLG President at the National Campus Leadership Training held at Teachers’ Camp, Baguio City. 🇵🇭

This meaningful gathering of young leaders from different schools across the country is anchored on the theme: “Youth Empowerment in Transforming the Rising Generation through Positive Youth Development.” It reminds us that leadership is not just about holding a position, but about inspiring change, building character, and empowering others to grow.

I am also grateful for the opportunity to participate in the Quiz Bee, where knowledge, critical thinking, and presence of mind were truly put to the test. It was an enriching experience that challenged me to grow not only as a leader but also as a learner.

Through this journey, I am gaining valuable insights, strengthening my leadership skills, and embracing new perspectives that I will bring back to our school community. This experience is not just for me, but for every student I represent.

My heartfelt gratitude goes to our supportive School Head, my dedicated SSLG Adviser, our hardworking teachers, and my fellow students for their trust, encouragement, and unwavering support. This opportunity would not have been possible without all of you.

Together, let us continue to lead with purpose, serve with integrity, and empower the rising generation to become catalysts of positive change.

Proud to serve. Proud to represent. Proud to lead.

“Indeed, with hardship comes ease.” — Qur’an 94:6

As the blessed month of Ramadhan begins, may our hearts be filled with peace, compassion, and renewed faith. This is a beautiful season of reflection, self-discipline, kindness, and generosity toward others.

Let us be reminded that Ramadhan is not only about fasting from food, but also fasting from anger, negativity, and unkind words—choosing instead patience, humility, and love.

May this sacred month inspire us to do good in our school, extend helping hands to classmates, respect one another, and grow spiritually and academically.

* Stay strong in your fast.
* Stay kind in your words.
* Stay bright in your faith.

From our school family to yours —
Ramadhan Kareem! 🌙

May your prayers be accepted and your hearts be filled with نور (light) and joy.
