In 1956, a seed of compassion was planted by Dr. Harry Willis Miller, giving rise to Miller Sanitarium & Hospital with a clear vision: to heal and to serve. On April 6, 2026, seventy years later, that seed has grown into a beacon of health in Central Visayas, now known as Adventist Hospital Cebu.✨

On April 5, 2026, AH-Cebu will begin the celebration of its 70th Founding Anniversary.

On this poster, the narrative moves seamlessly through time, from a vintage portrait of Dr. Miller and a glimpse of the original structure to a vibrant, energetic 70-year icon and hospital administrators headed by hospital president Dr. Evelyn S. Pepito, showing how we have truly become “Committed to Progress.” Our evolution, from a small sanitarium to a multi-faceted hospital, is evident in the diverse group of professionals on the backdrop of a multi-story facility, demonstrating the dedication to advancements in healthcare. 👋👩🔬👨

But above all, we remain “Driven by Mission.” This is not just a theme; it's the core of our being, visualized by the presence of a dedicated team ready to serve. This commitment isn't just internal; it extends out to the community we were built to support.

In a beautiful display of service and as part of their 70th anniversary, Adventist Hospital Cebu is offering free clinics in the very spirit from the very beginning.

🙏 CHILDREN’S WEEK OF PRAYER CULMINATION PROGRAM 🙏
January 17, 2026 - Special Sabbath School | Theme: The Holy Spirit is UNLEASHED!

Last Saturday, we joyfully celebrated the culmination of our Children’s Week of Prayer through a Special Sabbath School Program filled with praise, prayer, and powerful musical sermons led by our young learners. 💛✨

It was truly inspiring to witness how the Holy Spirit worked through our children as they shared their talents, faith, and testimonies—reminding us that God can use even the youngest hearts to make a big impact.

We thank our teachers, parents, church leaders, and everyone who supported this meaningful event. Together, we praise God for a week filled with spiritual growth and unforgettable blessings. 🙏🌿

🔥🙏 CHILDREN’S WEEK OF PRAYER – DAY 5 🙏🔥
**Theme: The Holy Spirit is UNLEASHED! **
Topic: The Unleashed Spirit Makes Us Children of God

Despite the rainy and cold weather, our hearts were warmed today as our children learned a powerful truth — through the Holy Spirit, we are called and accepted as children of God. 💛🌧️❄️

No matter the weather outside or the challenges we face, God’s love remains constant. The Holy Spirit reminds us that we belong to Him, we are loved, and we are never alone.

Special thanks to our Grade 2-Exodus pupils who led the worship and to our dear school principal, Mrs. Joy Del Rosario, who delivered the message.

📖 “The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.” – Romans 8:16

May our children continue to walk confidently in their identity as God’s sons and daughters, shining His love wherever they go. 🙏🌿

🔥🙏 CHILDREN’S WEEK OF PRAYER – DAY 4 🙏🔥
**Theme: The Holy Spirit is UNLEASHED! **
Topic: The Unleashed Spirit Strengthens Us in Suffering

On Day 4, our children learned that even in hard times, we are never alone. 💛
When we feel afraid, sad, or weak, the Holy Spirit gives us the strength, comfort, and hope we need to keep going.

Today, our worship was led by the Grade 3 pupils, and Mr. Lhee James Reuyan delivered the message in words.

📖 “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” – 2 Corinthians 12:9

May our children learn to trust the Holy Spirit in moments of difficulty, knowing that God’s strength carries them through every challenge. 🙏🌿
