With hearts full of gratitude and pride, we joyfully share the successful awarding of the school land title of PUGUIN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, made possible through the support of SDO-Apayao through the Legal Unit Division.
First and foremost, we extend our sincerest and deepest appreciation to the generous donor of the school lot, the late Mr. GOBAN ANGDASON, whose kindness and selfless contribution have become a lasting gift to the learners and the entire community of Barangay Puguin. Because of his generosity, the school now stands on a foundation not only of land, but of hope, opportunity, and a brighter future for every child. Your support is a meaningful investment in education that will continue to benefit many generations to come.
We also warmly recognize the unwavering dedication and hard work of our School Administrative Officer (AO), as well as our previous and current school heads of Puguin Elementary School, for their persistence, commitment, and countless efforts in the long process of securing the school land title. Your determination has turned this long-cherished goal into a reality.
Our heartfelt thanks also go to CENRO-Conner, LGU-Conner, and Sir Manny Kotoken, the previous PSDS of Southern Conner, for their invaluable assistance, close monitoring, and steadfast support throughout the entire process. Your collaboration and guidance played a vital role in achieving this important milestone for our school and community.
