The Nutrition Month that was held on September 10, 2026 aims to remind us that good health begins with the foods we eat. During rainy days, of course, hindi lang umbrella ang perfect. Syempre pati na rin ang food!
Because rainy weather makes us crave something that warms our body and something that fulfills our cravings. During this season, it is important to choose nutritious foods that help keep our bodies healthy, strong, and energized.
This celebration encourages us to make healthier food choices, develop good eating habits, and understand the importance of proper nutrition. After all, eating healthy is not just about looking good, it is about feeling good, staying strong, and giving our bodies the care they deserve.
Through this event, students, with the help of their guardians and teachers were able to present nutritious foods when we are experiencing rainy season. This event was also organized by Sir Lord Emmanuel Santos with the help of our Judges, Sir Anthony Gonzales, Sir Ricky Yanga, Sir Amiel Lampa, Teacher Leony Hipolito, and Teacher Angeline Zerrudo.
