The DICT ROXI and DICT Provincial Office Davao de Oro in coordination with the Information and Communications Technology Unit is conducting Orientation to student at Davao de Oro State College on Data Privacy Protection, Cyber Security Awareness and Internet Media and Information literacy. Aiming to educate student on the importance of Cyber Security and Data Privacy, on how to identify and respond and to be aware what can happen when privacy is violated.

DDOSC ICT Unit Personnel Julius Chavez and Kenneth Castillo headed by Glenn R. Bolaño with ICT Branch coordinators Norman Takasan and Beejay Omnos continue the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy orientation and Basic Computer Operation and Maintenance tutorial at New Bataan Branch.

The ICT Unit personnel and ICT Branch Coordinators of DDOSC conduct Data Privacy Orientation, Cybersecurity Protocols, Basic Computer Operations and Maintenance Tutorial at DDOSC Montivesta Branch. Aiming to address the needs of organizations in understanding the legal, technical, and governance requirements on personal data protection in Information and Communications System. Also to share with the employees the basic computer operations. Moreover, to ensure the ICT equipment is well-maintained to keep its good functionality and prolong its usage in order to provide an optimal operation.
