Pangilinan, in partnership with CHED-UniFAST, is now accepting applications for the Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) – an educational grant for qualified students enrolled in Agriculture and allied degree programs who will undertake community extension work, community immersion, internship, or On-the-Job Training (OJT) during Academic Year 2026–2027.

📌 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must:
✔️ Be an incoming first-year student of Davao de Oro State College for the 1st Semester, AY 2026–2027;
✔️ Be a child/grandchild of an Agrarian Reform Beneficiary (ARB) or a small farmer/fisher registered under the RSBSA;
✔️ Have a minimum general average of 90% or belong to the Top 10% of the graduating class;
✔️ Not be a recipient of any other external scholarship or financial assistance;
✔️ Have a total annual family income not exceeding ₱300,000.00, supported by an ITR or other acceptable proof of income.

📄 PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Duly accomplished and signed ILP Application Form;
(You may visit the Scholarship Office to get this form)
2. Certified True Copy of Grades (Grades 11–12) or Form 137 with school seal;
3. Letter of Recommendation from the Senior High School Principal;
4. PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy);
5. Proof of RSBSA Registration or Certification from the MAO, MARO, or equivalent DA/DAR Office;
6. Parent's latest ITR or Barangay Certificate of Indigency/BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption;
7. Certificate of Good Moral Character;
8. Barangay Clearance;
9. Valid Medical Certificate;
10. Two (2) pieces 2" × 2" ID photos;
11. A pre-recorded video (maximum of 3 minutes) containing:
• Self-introduction (Full Name, Program Enrolled, School Name)
• "Why am I pursuing my chosen course?"
• "How do I see myself contributing to nation-building?"

| The submission deadline for the supplementary documentary requirements of 2026 JLSS examinees is extended until 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

Upload the following requirements via the E-Scholarship Application System (https://jlss.science-scholarships.ph/):

1️⃣ Certification as a REGULAR Third Year student or signed Application Form E-1 in the First Semester/Term of AY 2026-2027;

2️⃣ Certified True Copy of Grades for the Second Semester of AY 2025 – 2026 (or the Second and Third Trimester / Third & Fourth Term) and 2026 Midyear Term, if enrolled; and

3️⃣ Other lacking documentary requirement(s), as indicated in your Test Permit during the 2026 JLSS Examination and in the E-Scholarship Application System.
