BSHM 3E, in collaboration with the Hospitality Management Student Organization (HMSO), provided a distinguished platform for first year students to engage with and appreciate the unique traditions of both Ilocano and Western gastronomy.Gastrofest 2025 offered a comprehensive exploration of culinary arts, encompassing demonstrations, educational exhibits, and cultural performances.We express our gratitude to all participants, sponsors, and attendees for their invaluable contributions to the event's success.Together, we celebrated the cultural significance and enduring appeal of both Ilocano and Western cuisines.

The BSHM 3B MICE organizers successfully held a seminar that brought participants closer to the heart of Ilocano culinary heritage. Guided by professional speakers, the seminar welcomed young aspiring entrepreneurs and students from across Ilocos Sur, giving them the chance to explore the stories, traditions and flavors that make Ilocano cuisine timeless.
More than a learning event, the seminar offered an enjoyable experienceโone where participants engaged, interacted and discovered tools they can carry into their future paths in hospitality.
Through shared insights and meaningful discussions, the seminar created a space where culture, passion and learning came together.
