JEFA is back!

This statement is confirmed as an estimate of 50 campus journalists and 30 school paper advisers gathered to participate in the Journ-O (Journalism Opportunities) towards Campus Press Excellence Training-Workshop held on September 11-12 at the KSU Research Training Halls.

"This year, we maintain the four projects but with a different approach in implementation since we expect that our partner schools have already been oriented on the necessary beginning steps of putting up the school publication," said Ruth Ladwingon, the JEFA program lead proponent.

The Journ-O was graced by the following resource speakers:

Sir Maynard Carbonel - Photojournalism
Atty Gerard Lucena - Editorial & Column Writing

According to Ma'am Jonalyn Gumilab, the school head of Tanudan NHS, the participation of everyone was made even more possible by the provision of the Municipality of Tanudan especially on the meals, snacks and souvenirs given to the resource speakers.
