The kids class started today, everyone enjoyed the training and they have worn me out.

Great mixed, taekwon-do / ki jutsu do seminar last night in coin with grandmaster roberto latini from italy, master mike vamplew, myself and students from italy and spain. everyone had a great time and learned some very usefull techniques.

Great training session today, well done everyone, keep it up. look forward to mikes club training with us next saturday.
