For ALS passers
* Cert. Of completion/ Diploma
*PPA certification
* Enrolment form
* PSA birth certificate.

External Stakeholders who attended were the following: Mrs. Yolanda Pabitay- Chair of the Committee on Education of Baranggay Poblacion and Mrs. Bebegina M. Portallo, our active PTA President. Internal stakeholders who attended were Sir Janree Romeo N. Casia III (SSLG Adviser), Ma'am Celerina L. Aviso ( Faculty Club Vice President and Gulayan sa Paaralan Coordinator), Mrs. Sarah Mae O. Cuerda (Faculty Club Secretary and English Coordinator), Ma'am Laarnie B. Heidrick (Proxy Chair, Committee on Child Protection), Jesryl Jane Miras (SSLG Representative), Jonalyn D. Cadorna (SGC Designated Co-Chairperson) and Mr. Cassius Caesar Z. AUDIENCIA II (School Principal).
Participants were welcomed by the School Principal Mr. Cassius Caesar Z. Audiencia II and the orientation proper was done by Mrs. Jonalyn D. Cadorna - Designated Co-Chairperson.
