Rolling with Purpose: Upholding Every Learner’s Rights and Protection on Wheels 🚍✨
The Learners’ Rights and Protection on Wheels at Odlot Elementary School was more than a series of activities—it was a meaningful journey of awareness, empowerment, and collective commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment where every learner knows their rights, feels protected, and is heard.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our supportive School Head, Ma’am Rothel Becari, and Assistant School Head, Ma’am Dabe Catadman Guinea, whose leadership and encouragement continue to strengthen our efforts toward learner welfare and protection. We likewise extend our appreciation to the OES faculty and staff for their unparalleled cooperation and dedication.
We are deeply grateful to our Committee Chairman on Education, Hon. Santiago Cadlawon, for his valuable support and commitment to initiatives that place the welfare and rights of children at the heart of education.
Our sincere appreciation also goes to our LRP Focal Person, Ma’am Stephanie A. Masong, and Guidance Designate, Ma’am Sol Dignos Vargas, for their meaningful contributions in making this initiative purposeful and responsive to the needs of our learners.
To the Child Protection Policy (CPP) Committee, thank you for your continued vigilance, collaboration, and commitment to ensuring that every child is treated with dignity, respect, and care.
Thanks a ton to our very active GPTA officers led by Ma’am Lochie Abellana Edisan.
And most importantly, to the learners of Odlot Elementary School—thank you for your active participation, openness, and enthusiasm. May you always remember that your voice matters, your rights matter, and your safety and well-being matter.
When we protect the rights of every learner, we do more than safeguard childhood—we build a stronger foundation for the future. 🌱💙
