Today, we celebrate a significant milestone through the 𝟕𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 of Cebu Technological University – Moalboal Campus. With the theme, “𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭’𝐬 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭: 𝐔𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞”. This achievement is a reflection of the hard work, perseverance, and dedication of our graduates throughout their academic journey. Every challenge they faced has helped shape them into the individuals they are today.

This graduation ceremony is not only a celebration of success but also a reminder of the support and encouragement given by families, friends, teachers, and mentors. Their guidance and belief have played an important role in helping our graduates reach this special moment.

CTU–Moalboal College of Education Honors Excellence, Leadership, and New Beginnings
Moalboal, Cebu — June 12, 2026.

The College of Education (COED) of Cebu Technological University–Moalboal Campus marked an extraordinary day of honor, gratitude, and inspiration as students, faculty, and administrators gathered at the CTU Covered Court for a celebration highlighting leadership, academic excellence, and professional milestones.

Turnover and Oath-Taking

The program opened with the formal Turnover Ceremony and Oath-Taking of the newly elected Co-Edukados Society Officers, led by Dr. Catherine P. Tapales, Director of the Student Affairs Services Office. Outgoing officers were commended for their dedication and service, leaving a legacy of leadership that continues to inspire the College of Education community. The new officers pledged to uphold the values of excellence, collaboration, and resilience as they embark on their leadership journey.

Academic Recognition

Following the leadership transition, the College proudly recognized its Dean’s Listers, honoring students who demonstrated perseverance and academic distinction. The ceremony also celebrated LET Passers and Topnotchers, whose achievements serve as a beacon of inspiration for aspiring educators. These milestones reaffirm the College’s commitment to producing competent and compassionate professionals in the field of education.

Partnerships for Success

The event highlighted the invaluable support of the Carl E. Balita Review Center (CBRC) and the Falculan Twins Review Center (FTRC), whose partnership has been instrumental in guiding students toward licensure success. Their contributions continue to strengthen the College’s mission of preparing future educators for national and global impact.

Leadership and Guidance

Special recognition was extended to Dr. Charmaine P. Antecristo, Campus Director of CTU–Moalboal, for her unwavering leadership and guidance to faculty and staff. Gratitude was also expressed to Dr. Severina P. Velos, Dean of the College of Education, alongside Prof. Miriam Amparo Sambrana and Retired Prof. Nilde T. Chabit, whose vision and dedication continue to shape the College’s pursuit of excellence.

Program Chairs and Advisers

The College acknowledged the leadership of its program chairs:

The celebration recognized the dedication of faculty members including Mr. Jestony Aguipo, Mr. Narlou T. Tabanao, Prof. Nobert G. Ejusa Jr., Mr. Jaypee Sario, Mr. Percival Mabanto, Ms. Janelle Mikaela Balicoco, Ms. Kristelle Mae Banga, Ms. Janary Tura, Prof. Ellanie T. Pinsoy, Mrs. Clara Jean Aguipo, Prof. Cyril Cabello, and Mr. Arnulf Jairo Velos.

Behind the scenes, the administrative staff—Mr. Mart Memoracion, Ms. Arnie Joy Emia, and Mrs. Nikki Annalissa Tacoloy—were commended for their tireless efforts in ensuring the smooth ex*****on of the program.

A Collective Triumph

The event was a testament to the collaborative spirit of the College of Education. From outgoing leaders to incoming officers, from Dean’s Listers to LET passers, and from faculty to partners, the celebration embodied the values of dedication, compassion, and excellence.

The College of Education proudly commemorated the 𝐑𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, a memorable occasion that honored the dedication, perseverance, and accomplishments of our aspiring educators.

With the theme “𝑻𝒊𝒎𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑱𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚: 𝑭𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑫𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒎𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚,” the ceremony was successfully held on 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐚𝐭 𝟒:𝟑𝟎 𝐏𝐌 at the CTU Covered Court. The event served as a meaningful symbol of the students’ academic journey and their continued pursuit of excellence in the teaching profession.

A special highlight of the program was the inspiring address delivered by 𝐃𝐫. 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐬 𝐀. 𝐂𝐚ñ𝐞𝐭𝐞, 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐈, whose insightful words encouraged the students to remain steadfast in their goals and embrace their future roles as educators with passion and purpose.
