MENTAL HEALTH REMINDERS FROM CUTIEE POTATO🥔 :

06/04/2026

Anong masasabi mo?

Hello, Greenians! 💚

Another Monday—and the final one for this school year. 🥹

As you step into a new chapter, remember that every achievement, every goal, and every success starts with someone who dared to dream—just like you.

You may not have everything figured out yet, and that’s okay. What matters is that you carry your dreams with courage and continue moving forward, one step at a time. 🌻

💡 Mental Health Tip:

As you face new beginnings, be patient with yourself. It’s normal to feel uncertain during transitions. Take things one day at a time, and don’t forget to care for your mind and emotions along the way. 🌠

Greenians, never stop dreaming—and never stop believing that you can make those dreams real. 💚🎓

Hello, Greenians! It's a new month!

Take a moment to reflect on how far you’ve come—academically, emotionally, and personally.

Growth doesn’t always mean big achievements. Sometimes, it means learning to be patient, brave, and kind to yourself.

💡 Mental Health Tip:

As March begins, write one goal for yourself—something realistic and meaningful that you can work on little by little.

Keep growing, Greenians. Your future is bright. 💚

Hello, Greenians! 💚

As February comes to an end, take a moment to reflect that some days, you feel motivated and confident. Other days, you may doubt yourself—and that’s okay. What matters is that you keep showing up and trying.

Remember: you don’t have to be perfect to be worthy. You are learning. You are growing. You are becoming.

💡 Mental Health Tip:

End this month with one positive thought about yourself. It could be simple: “I am doing my best this month.” Small affirmations can boost your confidence.

Trust yourself, Greenians. You are capable. 💚

Hello, Greenians! 💚

A new week is here, and it’s a gentle reminder that taking care of yourself is not selfish—it’s necessary. You do your best when you feel your best.

Balancing school, responsibilities, and personal life isn’t always easy. But remember: rest is part of success too.

💡 Mental Health Tip:

Try setting aside at least 10 minutes a day just for yourself—breathe, pray, journal, or simply relax. Your mind deserves a break.

Take care of yourself, Greenians. You matter. 💚

What's up, Greenians?

Another Monday, another reminder that progress isn’t a race. Some weeks feel fast, others feel heavy—but every step you take still brings you closer to your goals.

💡 Mental Health Tip:

If you feel stuck, try changing just one small habit this week—sleep a bit earlier, organize your notes, or take short breaks. Small shifts can bring big peace of mind.

Keep moving, Greenians. Your journey matters. 💚
