The training and seminar focused on a holistic approach to promoting and protecting the mental well-being of individuals, particularly during emergencies and disasters. The activity was attended by representatives from various Local Government Units (LGUs), Barangay LGUs, parish volunteers, and shelter beneficiaries. Participants were equipped with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to become Psychological First Aid (PFA) facilitators through hands-on training facilitated by esteemed psychologists and psychometricians from reputable psychological centers.
