Starting my nursing Ausbildung has been both challenging and rewarding. Everything felt new at the beginning, from both the learning and work environment to the language expectations and culture. I often felt unsure of myself and my skills, but each day taught me something new. Adjusting took time and patience. The work was demanding, and there were moments of doubt, but with practice and support from my teachers and co-workers, I slowly gained confidence. Persevering through the difficulties helped me grow, not only as an Azubi but also as a person. Despite the challenges so far, this start of my journey has fueled me with determination to keep moving forward.

Last March 22, 2026, VALIN conducted a Pre-Departure Orientation for Sprach Institut-Cebu students bound for their Ausbildung journey in Germany 🇩🇪.

Now on their first month as nursing students, they are embracing new experiences and opportunities abroad. 💙

Goals Achieved!

OUR NEW AZUBIS IN GERMANY

We are excited to share that our new nursing trainees have officially begun their Ausbildung this April in Frankfurt. Their journey marks the start of a rewarding career in healthcare, and we are proud to support them every step of the way.

Our Azubis have safely arrived in Germany and are making the most of their time before classes begin on April 1. These post-arrival photos capture the excitement of a new chapter and the reality of a dream they worked so hard for.

This milestone was made possible through their dedication, the strong German foundation from Sprach Institut Cebu, the trust they placed in Valin and the warm support of their school, Main-Kinzig-Kliniken, who have taken great care of them from airport arrival up to today.

Main-Kinzig-Kliniken 3rd Batch Takes Flight 🇩🇪✈️

On March 25 and 27, 2026, our 2nd and 3rd batch of students from various schools flew to Germany to start their journey as nursing students at Main-Kinzig-Kliniken.

Their commitment and perseverance have brought them to this proud milestone wishing them success in this exciting new chapter!

From A1 at Sprach Institut-Cebu to B2, their students worked tirelessly, learning, growing and stepping out of their comfort zones. Challenges? Doubts? Sacrifices? They faced them all and never gave up.

On March 25, 2026 our 2nd of Main-Kinzig-Kliniken students flew to Germany to begin their dream journey.

Today, they are enjoying their first day in Germany 🇩🇪❤️ proof that hard work truly pays off. ✨

Last January 18, 2026, their students proudly signed their contracts at Main Kinzig-Kliniken School in Germany, officially beginning their journey toward becoming nurses.

One Brave Step Toward a Dream 🇩🇪

Leaving home to pursue a dream in Germany was not easy for John Benedict Naldo. As part of the first group of students headed to Maine Kinzig Kliniken, he arrived ahead of his peers and faced the challenges of adapting to a new culture, language, and rigorous training on his own.

Six months in, Johannes continues to grow, learn, and gain confidence with every step. His commitment and passion not only bring him closer to his goals but also inspire those who will follow in his footsteps.

We are incredibly proud of you, Johannes. Your journey reminds us that every great achievement begins with one brave step. ❤️🙏🏻

We proudly celebrate our Ausbildung students who have recently passed their 6-month probation with very good grades as Azubis in the Red Cross-Germany.

This milestone reflects their discipline, perseverance, and commitment to excellence.
