Preparing for the Medical Examination
While some medical factors are beyond your control, many can be improved by early preparation:
Dental: Visit a dentist for cleaning and check for cavities or issues that can be fixed early.
Vision: Get your eyes checked. If borderline, practice eye exercises, but understand limitations.
Healthy Weight: Follow a balanced diet (rice, vegetables, protein, fruit). Avoid sugary drinks and processed snacks.
Hydration: Drink 8–10 glasses of water daily, especially leading up to the urine test.
Medical History: If you had past conditions (e.g., asthma), consult a doctor early for clearance.
Avoid Vices: Stop smoking and alcohol intake as they affect your medical results.
Sleep: Prioritize consistent sleep to stabilize your vitals before the exam.

Grabe. What a week.

Thank you sa lahat ng nag-support, nag-message, at kahit ‘yung simpleng nag-cheer lang sa launch ng PMA Pathfinder Framework — sobra ko ‘yung na-appreciate.

Honestly, I started this guide para lang makatulong sa mga kabataang tulad ko noon —yung gusto lang mag-review nang maayos, pero lutang sa dami ng kailangan aralin at walang malinaw na direction.

Pero after one week, 20+ aspiring cadets na ang nagtiwala sa system.

Ilang late-night messages, kwento ng pagod, pero may halong “Salamat sir, ngayon lang ako nagka-guide na may structure.”

Nakakataba ng puso.

This is just the beginning.

Hindi mo kailangang maging sure sa lahat ng bagay. Pero kailangan mong maging committed.
Years ago, may isang kabataang lalaki na halos sukuan na ang pangarap. Pagod na sa review, walang structure, puro kalat ang materials Lutang sa dami ng kailangan aralin.

Walang mentor, walang guide. Ang meron lang siya — pangarap. Fast forward to today:

Isa na siyang Philippine Marine Colonel. 🇵🇭

Ang sabi niya, habang nagpe-prepare siya dati gamit ang structure ng ngayon ay tinatawag nating PMA Pathfinder Framework, he was stuck, tired, and unsure.

Pero he committed to one thing:
Araw-araw, kahit konti — basta tuloy.

And when he finally passed the exam, doon niya naramdaman:
