Be ready to stun and spook at “Drop Dead Gorgeous: A Kasa del Tura Halloween Runway”! 📸🎃

This October 26, 2024 (Saturday) 1PM at iAcademy Cebu MPR/Lecture Hall, Kasa del Tura is hosting a Halloween Costume Runway free for everyone to catwalk!

And if you think you have what it takes, bring it to the next level by signing up for the competition via the QR Code
Note: All participants who will walk the runway (competing or not) are required to sign up through the QR Code.

Amateur: Solo, Duo, or Group (of 3-5)
Pro: Solo, Duo, or Group (of 3-5)

Good day Game Changers!

The school clinic of iACADEMY Cebu is committed to providing a healthy environment for our academic community. As we are currently in the process of updating the medical records, all students are reminded to submit the following health requirements:

1. Annual Physical Exam results which consists of the following: Chest X-ray, Complete Blood Count, Urinalysis, Visual Acuity, Physical Examination, and Fecalysis (optional)

2. A medical certificate from a duly licensed physician certifying that the student is medically fit to pursue tertiary studies. This certificate must have been issued within the last three (3) months.

3. The chest X-ray examination result (with the interpretation of the licensed physician) dated within the past six (6) months.

4. Student Health Declaration Form (SHD Form)

For those who have not filled out the Health Declaration Form which contains individual medical data, emergency notification, and consent for treatment, please do so by clicking this link:

These requirements will be part of your end-of-term clearance for the first trimester. Please comply on or before November 30, 2024.

All student records stored in the school clinic will be kept strictly confidential.
