The Eastern Visayas Delegates during the 2015 National Youth Forum in Passi, Iloilo.

3 Scouts of different schools will represent Cebu in the 2015 National Youth Forum to be held in Passi City, Iloilo, Philippines on February 27 to March 1. These are scouts are:
Chairman- James Darel M. Branzuela from Cebu City National Science High School
Vice Chairman- Dionysus Rond Medel from Abellana National School
Secretary- John Glen Oliamot from Cebu City National Science High School
