The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) is requesting a few minutes of your time to accomplish the Student Rapid Feedback Survey on Flexible Learning during the Energy Crisis. This effort is in response to the State of National Energy Emergency declared under Executive Order No. 110, s. 2026, and CHED Memorandum from the Office of the Chairperson (MOC) No. 117, s. 2026.

This survey aims to better understand how the ongoing energy crisis—such as power interruptions, rising fuel and transportation costs, and increasing internet expenses—affects students’ access to education. Your response will help shape policies and support systems for the student community.

The CIT-U BIOSA is knocking on your kind hearts to support one of our own.

Last April 04, 2026, a devastating fire hit a residential area in 1-B Barangay Ermita, Cebu City. Among those heavily affected is our fellow technologian, Mr. Kit Ivan Mansueto. Kit was only able to save his mobile phone and laptop; everything else was lost to the fire.

We are organizing a donation drive to help Kit get back on his feet. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a massive impact on his recovery.
