JCI Cebu–Mactan Channel Executive Committee has successfully wrapped up its 2026 Strategic Planning, a key step in guiding the chapter’s focus for the year ahead: strengthening leadership, empowering members, driving impactful programs, building meaningful partnerships, and ensuring sustainable operations.

These priorities will now be translated into a comprehensive plan of action, turning strategy into concrete initiatives that create opportunities, and leave a lasting mark all firmly .

As we celebrate Christmas and welcome the New Year, we look back with gratitude and move forward with purpose. With hearts , may we continue serving others, inspiring change, and building stronger communities together.

𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣𝗦 | JCI Cebu–Mactan Channel, together with fellow JCI local organizations in Cebu, met with Cebu Governor Pamela Baricuatro to present their 2026 action plans and explore strategic areas for collaboration.

For JCI Cebu-Mactan Channel, 2026 LO President Kristoff Peralta, together with 2026 Vice President for Operations Carmcy Grace Duran and 2026 LO Secretary Sharmaine Vien G. Manalo, emphasized the chapter’s commitment to youth-centered and community-based initiatives, including environmental education programs and flagship projects on forest and mangrove rehabilitation and conservation. These initiatives are designed not only to engage young people in environmental stewardship but also to complement the provincial government’s development plans, ensuring that the chapter’s programs are aligned with broader provincial priorities.

The dialogue emphasized the importance of multi-sector cooperation, cross-chapter partnerships, shared leadership, and coordinated initiatives, reinforcing a collective commitment to creating programs that meaningfully contribute to Cebu’s long-term social, environmental, and community development goals.
