Guided by the insights of 𝗠𝗿. 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗧. 𝗢𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮, 𝗟𝗖𝗕, voices were heard and ideas were shared, reminding us that a career is more than just success—it is about creating change, embracing responsibility, and building a future that contributes to something greater than ourselves.

Held on March 27, 2026 at the UC Jones Auditorium, 1st Year and 4th Year students came together in a shared experience that sparked inspiration and direction for the path ahead.

‎The Work Ethics and Relationship Enhancement activity held last February 26 & 27, 2026 was more than just a session—it was a space to reflect on how we approach work, interact with others, and build trust in our daily lives. It reminded us that professionalism and strong relationships go hand in hand, shaping not only our performance but also the kind of people we become.

‎Through interactive exercises and open discussions, we explored how responsibility, respect, and good communication form the foundation of positive teamwork. We learned that being reliable, empathetic, and proactive doesn’t just benefit our tasks—it strengthens the bonds we have with those around us and makes every collaboration more meaningful.

‎This activity also encouraged us to turn reflection into action. By understanding our habits and behaviors, we discovered ways to improve how we relate to colleagues, classmates, and friends. It taught us that small acts of integrity and respect can create a bigger impact than we often realize.

‎We left the session with more than knowledge—we left with motivation to practice better work ethics, nurture stronger relationships, and carry these lessons into every part of our lives.

Our College Guidance interns, together with OJT Coordinator and CCA Life Coach Ms. Jehan Perocillo, were invited to serve as speakers for the Leadership Seminar and and facilitators for the Team Building activity for all 𝐏𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐒 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐏𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐒: 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐒 𝐁𝐄𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐃 𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐒 last February 21,2026 at 10th Floor, CCA Review Room.

The event brought the seminar’s theme to life by empowering participants through inspiration, collaboration, and the values of guidance, resilience, and teamwork in shaping future leaders.

Last February 12, 2026, a seminar was held at the Alicia Gotianuy AVR that empowered the new set of Customs Administration OJT students (2nd semester) with essential skills and values for their on-the-job training.

• Work Ethics & Sexual Harassment Awareness – building integrity and respect in the workplace.
• Digital Citizenship & Emotional Regulation – navigating the online world responsibly while fostering resilience inside and outside the workplace.
• Resume Crafting – preparing professional documents that open doors to opportunities.

Through interactive discussions and practical insights, participants gained tools not only for their careers but also for personal growth. 💼🌐💡
