ANNOUNCEMENT | Schedule of Enrollment for the First Semester of A.Y. 2026–2027

To ensure a smooth and organized enrollment process for all students across colleges and departments at Cebu Normal University (CNU) Main Campus, please see the photo below for the complete enrollment schedule.

Incoming freshmen are required to process their enrollment onsite on July 16–17, 2026 for the creation of their University ID.

Meanwhile, continuing students (2nd to 4th year) may process their enrollment online according to the following schedule:

July 13, 2026 – Fourth Year
July 14, 2026 – Third Year
July 15, 2026 – Second Year

Moreover, the list of qualifiers and the enrollment schedule for the College of Law (COL) will be announced in a separate advisory once it becomes available.

The schedule is in accordance with CNU Board of Regents Resolution No. 24, Series of 2026, approving the Academic Calendar for AY 2026–2027.

ANNOUNCEMENT | CNU eyes hybrid learning modality for SY 2026–2027

To ensure the continuity of quality instruction across colleges at Cebu Normal University (CNU)–Main Campus, the university is eyeing a hybrid learning modality in select colleges for the opening of classes on August 3.

This comes as the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) announced that it is seeking approval from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for the class setup for School Year 2026–2027.

Under the proposed learning modality, classes will be 50% onsite and 50% offsite for the College of Teacher Education, College of Arts, and College of Sciences.

Moreover, 100% onsite classes will be implemented for the College of Medicine, College of Law, and College of Nursing due to the "nature of their programs and training requirements."

The Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Daisy Palompon said that the decision comes as the university ensures "the continuity of quality instruction while addressing temporary limitations in classroom availability due to ongoing renovation, repair, and infrastructure enhancement projects in some buildings within the campus."

Details regarding class schedules, learning delivery arrangements, and room assignments will be released as soon as the necessary documentary requirements and permits are secured from the Commission on Higher Education.
