📌 All new grantees, including those from private and government scholarships such as DOST, Cebu City, CP Gifts, TES, and TDP from other batches, are advised to message our office so we can provide proper instructions on the necessary steps. This is to ensure that there will be no technical issues and cancellation of scholarship regarding your status as a scholar.

📌 𝑫𝒐𝒏’𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑼𝒏𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑰𝑫 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏.
Also, kindly ensure the submission of the following number of document copies upon claiming the subsidy:
𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐃 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✅ 4 copies of the student’s ID, each with three (3) fresh signatures 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐛𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐩𝐞𝐧.

If the student is unable to claim the subsidy, the authorized representative (a direct family member) must present their original valid ID, along with a photocopy of the valid ID. These should be in the same format as the attached documents, and the same number of copies should be submitted and a Special Power of Attorney (SPA):
✅ 4 photocopies of the Special Power of Attorney (SPA). An original copy must also be submitted.

𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐃 𝐍𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫:
If the student 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 a student ID, 3 copies of the Certification with the student ID number (to be requested from the Registrar’s Office) must be submitted.
𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐃𝐬:
If the 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐃, 3 photocopies of any valid government-issued ID should be submitted (e.g., NBI Clearance, Police Clearance, Voter’s ID, new PhilHealth ID, or Passport). These should also follow the same format as the attached documents.

Deposits will no longer made to the individual bank accounts as all unclaimed benefits will be returned to the government treasury immediately.

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞: All grantees listed in the attached Google Drive folder, as well as active TES and TDP-TES beneficiaries who are currently enrolled and have not yet graduated, 𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗧 open a Landbank account. Once your account is successfully opened, f͟i͟l͟l͟ o͟u͟t͟ t͟h͟e͟ r͟e͟g͟i͟s͟t͟r͟a͟t͟i͟o͟n͟ l͟i͟n͟k͟ provided in that same post.

Please note that those who 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗨𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 during AY 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰-𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 are 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 to open an account, as your subsidies will be distributed directly through the school.
