Psychological First Aid (PFA) for Earthquake Survivors

The Cebu Technological University Guidance and Counseling Office, in partnership with the Psychology Department of CTU Main Campus, will conduct Psychological First Aid sessions to support our students, faculty, and staff affected by the recent earthquake.

📍 Schedule:

CTU Tabogon Extension – October 8, 2025 | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

CTU San Remigio Extension – October 8, 2025 | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

CTU Daanbantayan Campus – October 9, 2025

This is open to everyone who needs a space to share, heal, and find strength again.

Session 1 for 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬: 𝑼𝒏𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑰𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝑳𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 has been successfully conducted last September 26, 2025! This group session is for our Students With Additional Needs (SWAN) to tackle topics like stigma and discrimination, bullying, and self-esteem. Our students took turns sharing with each other their experiences with strength and self-awareness. ✨
