UC Pri SHS Guidance Services will be there with our freedom wall, โ๐๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ง ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ข๐ง๐โ a place where you can release your thoughts, acknowledge your shadows, and feel seen through the words of others. You can also react to the messages using our K-pop Demon Hunters stickersโsmall symbols of courage for battles we often keep quiet.

The UC Pri SHS Guidance Interns and Peer Facilitators facilitated a two-day โ๐๐๐ข๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐ฃ ๐๐๐จ๐จ๐๐ค๐ฃโ during the ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ด๐๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ผ๐บ ๐๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ (๐ฅ๐๐๐ฃ) on ๐ก๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ญ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ.

At its core, the activity aimed to ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐โ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐น-๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ถ๐ป๐ด after the recent calamities and equip them with simple strategies to manage stress should they face similar situations in the future.

However, the real challenge is not determining if you want the result, but if you are willing to accept the sacrifices required to achieve your goal. It's easy to sit around and think what we could do or what we'd like to do. It is an entirely different thing to accept the tradeoffs that come with our goals. Everybody wants a gold medal. Few people want to train like an Olympian.

Even when the ground moves beneath us, our hearts can stay steady. Keep that small fire inside you โ your hope, your kindness, your courage โ and protect it. Because thatโs what helps you stand back up when life gets heavy. ๐ฑ
And always remember: effort isnโt about doing more; itโs knowing when to do less.

On October 21, the UC-PRI SHS interns, together with mentors Miss Joann and Sir Torres, gathered for an inspiring Guidance Talk titled โ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ ๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐-๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐๐ฆ โ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ญ.โ
