We understand that beginning this journey comes with both excitement and financial concerns, and we want you to know that your voices have been heard. In response to your needs, the council has carefully reviewed and made adjustments to the collection of payments for uniforms (Type A, B, and C), sinking fund, and nameplate. Please read the details below carefully:
(Type A, B, and C)
- For Type A & B, a 50% down payment is allowed. However, you will be required to sign a
Promissory Agreement Form stating that the remaining balance will be settled in full no later than July 01, 2026.
- The said form should be personally signed by you during the sizing schedule (June 1-2).
Lastly, this form will be distributed in the different stations (i.e. uniforms, sinking fund, and nameplate).
- For the Type C (polo shirt) uniform, a FULL payment is highly encouraged as the uniforms may be delivered earlier than expected, and the organization might encounter financial constraints if insufficient funds are collected. However, a 50% percent payment is acceptable provided that you sign an agreement form promising to settle the full amount if you are unable to pay on the scheduled dates. It must be paid fully no later than July 01, 2026.
- You are allowed to pay the 50% of it, and that is Php 500.00 as it will be utilized for the activities or events in the 1st Semester. However, you will also need to sign an agreement form promising to settle the first Php 500 if you are unable to pay on the scheduled dates. The 50% must be paid no later than the 2nd week of classes.
- You are to pay the full amount (Php 400) as the supplier requires at least a month of processing to successfully deliver quality pins that will be utilized in the month of September. However, you will also be needing to sign an agreement form promising to settle the full amount if you are unable to pay on the scheduled dates. It must be paid fully no later than July 01, 2026.
