Here is the step by step process kung unsaon pag fill up sa form, always remember nga kailangan
1. Naa moy internet sa pag fill up sa form sa appointment
2. Be ready sa pag open sa inyung gmail
3. I-screenshot ang confirmation appointment sa pag adto kay checkun na sa guard inig padung sulod ninyo
4. Aside aning appointment form naa sad moy fill upon ug kinahanglan ni ipakita sa guard while mosulod sa bldg.

Unsa diay ang process sa pagkuha sa Birth or other certificates?
PHASE 1 (GUARD)
1. Pakita ka sa imohang screenshot nga appointment confirmation,kay dili ka pasudlon kung wala ka ana, nalapas naka ug pila ka oras or adlaw(diha ra ka pasudlon kung 30 minutes to 15 minutes sa imong appointment time).
2. Ipakita sa nimo ang form nga imong gi fill upon kato ganing murag naay box2 ehehehhe
3. Ayaw INTAWN KALIMTI ang VALID ID ninyo kung adult na ang inyong kuhaan sa birth cert apila ang ilahang valid id ug authorization letter with their signature.

PHASE 2 (PRIORITY NUMBER)
1. Pag log in sa inyong attendance, joke! Pa logbookon bitaw mo sa guard.
Suwat ang date, name ninyo , time nga nisulod mo, unsa ang inyong kuhaon then pirma.
2. Adto dayun mo atong naay naglingkod duol sa may guard nga gilinyahan pud sa ubang tawo, siya ang mo confirm kung valid ba jud inyong appointment ug siya ang mohatag sa inyong priority number.

PHASE 3 (CASHIER)
1. Patience is the key, so paghuwat mo kung kanus a mo tawagun inyong numero sa CEBU , naa na sa counter 10,11,12 sahay ...
2. Andama nalang ang Php 155 kung Birth. or Death then Php 210 kung CENOMAR (Dapat jud mas mahal ang CENOMAR, uy! Dili lalim ang pag filter baya kung minyo ba na imong pakaslan) *Prices may change*
3. Hulata ang resibo, Cashier will give instruction kung pila ka oras ka maghulat sa imong document ug kung asa ka nga counter molinya.

PHASE 4 (DOCUMENT IS READY)
1. Kung sayo nga oras ang imong appointment , it will only take 2 hours maximum para ma ready imong requested document (Birth Certificate) except CENOMAR. Then after 2 hours pwede na nimo ibutang ang resibo.

2. Tawagun dayun imong name, daghan moa ana so andam na sa paglinya ug ang imong VALID ID , valid ID sa adult kung gisugo ka , authorization letter with the signature.

3. Andam na imong document! Ayaw kalimot sa pagpasalamat ug kuhaa balik ang IDs nga imong gipakita.
