JERICHO FELL BY OBEDIENCE
Jericho was one of the strongest cities of its time, surrounded by massive walls that looked impossible to break.
But God did not tell Joshua to attack first.
He told the people to march around the city in silence.
For six days they obeyed exactly as God commanded.
Then on the seventh day, after the seventh march, the priests blew the ramโ€™s horns, the people shouted, and the walls collapsed.
๐Ÿ“– Joshua 6:1-20
The victory did not come from military power.
It came from obedience to Godโ€™s instruction.
Sometimes God defeats impossible walls in ways no one expects.

THE SYRIAN ARMY SURROUNDED THE PROPHET TO KILL HIM. HE TOLD HIS SERVANT: "DON'T WORRY, THERE ARE MORE OF US THAN THEM." AND THEN, THE DIMENSIONAL VEIL WAS LIFTED. ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐ŸŽ
In 2 Kings 6, the King of Syria was furious because the prophet Elisha was supernaturally revealing his military ambushes to Israel. So, the king sent a massive, heavily armed army with horses and chariots to surround the small city of Dothan, where Elisha was sleeping.
When Elisha's servant woke up and saw thousands of enemy troops surrounding the city walls, he panicked: "Oh my lord, what shall we do?"
Elisha didn't flinch. He calmly prayed a simple, terrifying prayer: "Lord, open his eyes so he may see."
Instantly, the dimensional veil was peeled back. The servant's spiritual vision was activated. He looked past the human Syrian army and saw that the entire mountain behind them was absolutely filled with horses and chariots of pure, blazing celestial fire. The army of heaven had formed an impenetrable, multi-dimensional wall of plasma around the prophet.
The Syrian army thought they were the hunters; they had no idea they were already surrounded by the heavy artillery of the cosmos. Your physical reality is only half the picture. The forces fighting for you in the unseen realm are infinitely more powerful than the crisis surrounding you.

The Seven Dispensaton!

They foughtโ€ฆ over a dead man.
Not for land.
Not for power.
For a body.
Let that sink in.
In one of the most mysterious moments in Scripture, the Bible pulls back the curtain just a littleโ€”and what we see is not human.
Itโ€™s war.
๐Ÿ“– โ€œBut even the archangel Michael, when he was disputing with the devil about the body of Moses, did not dare to bring a slanderous accusation against him, but said, โ€˜The Lord rebuke you!โ€™โ€ โ€” Jude 1:9
Moses is dead.
Buried by God Himself (Deuteronomy 34:5โ€“6). No grave marker. No monument. No shrine.
And thenโ€”
A confrontation.
Michael the archangel.
Satan, the accuser.
Clashing over a co**se.
Why?
Some scholars interpret that Satan wanted Mosesโ€™ body to become an idolโ€”a relic Israel could worship instead of God. Others believe Satan was accusing Moses, pointing to his past failure (striking the rock, disobedience), claiming he was unworthy of honor.
But hereโ€™s what we missโ€ฆ
This wasnโ€™t just about Moses.
This was about authority.
Satan always weaponizes your past.
Your failure.
Your worst moment.
โ€œLook what you did.โ€
โ€œYou donโ€™t deserve redemption.โ€
โ€œYou belong to me.โ€
Sound familiar?
But Michael didnโ€™t argue.
Didnโ€™t debate.
Didnโ€™t defend Mosesโ€™ record.
He said one thing:
โ€œThe Lord rebuke you.โ€
Thatโ€™s it.
Because victory over accusation is not found in your defense
Itโ€™s found in Godโ€™s authority.
And thatโ€™s where grace walks in.
You see, Moses had failures. Real ones. Costly ones.
But God still buried him with honor.
God still defended what was His.
God still had the final word.
And hereโ€™s the Gospelโ€”
If Satan can accuse Moses, he will accuse you.
But if God can defend Moses
He can defend you too.
Through Jesus.
Because at the cross, every accusation was answered.
Every sin exposedโ€”then paid for.
Not ignored.
Paid.
๐Ÿ“– โ€œWho will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies.โ€ โ€” Romans 8:33
So when the enemy whispers,
โ€œYouโ€™re disqualified,โ€
Heaven answers,
โ€œPaid in full.โ€
When shame says,
โ€œYouโ€™re still that person,โ€
Grace says,
โ€œNoโ€”new creation.โ€
You donโ€™t win by arguing with the enemy.
You stand under the authority of Christ.
Say it with your life:
โ€œThe Lord rebuke you.โ€
And keep walking.
If this hit your spirit, donโ€™t scroll past.
Someone out there is still fighting accusations God already silenced.
Tag them.
Or comment โ€œGraceโ€ if youโ€™re choosing truth over lies today.
From scandal to grace โ€” because Jesus rewrites everything.

JESUS DID NOT CURSE THE FIG TREE BECAUSE HE WAS HUNGRY.

HE CURSED IT BECAUSE IT WAS PRETENDING.

When you read the account in Mark 11:12โ€“14, it can seem confusing at first.

Jesus approaches a fig tree looking for fruit
finds noneโ€ฆ

and then curses it.

But this was not about food.

This was about fruit.

In the first-century context, fig trees were known for something important:

If a fig tree had leaves, it was supposed to have early fruit.

Leaves were a sign.

A signal.

An announcement that fruit should be there.

But this tree had appearance without substance.

It looked fruitful

but had nothing to offer.

And Jesus responds by saying:

โ€œMay no one ever eat fruit from you again.โ€

The Greek word used for fruit is (karpos)
which means result, produce, evidence of life.

This wasnโ€™t just about figs.

This was a prophetic act.

Throughout the Old Testament, Israel is often symbolized as a fig tree.

A nation that had religious appearance

but lacked true righteousness and obedience.

So when Jesus cursed the fig tree

He was exposing something deeper:

God is not impressed with appearance.
He is looking for fruit.

Now bring this to today.

There are many people who have leaves.

They look the part.

They know the language.

They can quote Scripture.

They have platforms.

They have followers.

They have titles.

But when you examine their lives

there is no karpos.

No real fruit.

No transformation.

No holiness.

No evidence of Godโ€™s work.

Just appearance.

And this is where it gets even more serious.

Jesus wasnโ€™t confronting sinners in that moment.

He was confronting false representation.

People who look like they belong to God

but do not produce what reflects Him.

This directly applies to false teachers and voices today.

Because not everyone who speaks about God

represents God.

Jesus said in Matthew 7:16:

โ€œYou will know them by their fruit.โ€

Not by their charisma.
Not by their following.
Not by their ability to speak.

By their fruit.

Because fruit cannot be faked over time.

Eventually

what is real will show.

And what is false will be exposed.

The fig tree had leaves

but no fruit.

And Jesus judged it.

Why?

Because misrepresentation is dangerous.

It gives people the illusion of lifeโ€ฆ

while leaving them spiritually empty.

And here is the warning:

You can look alive

and still be spiritually barren.

You can have a platform

and still be disconnected from God.

You can speak His name

and still not reflect His nature.

God is not looking for leaves.

He is looking for fruit.

Because at the end of the dayโ€ฆ

what you produce will always reveal
who you truly belong to.

When Abraham and Isaac climbed Mount Moriah, Scripture records a small detail that feels almost ordinary.
This was not a random detail.
Abraham carried what would execute the sacrifice.
Isaac carried the very wood that would would be used for hiw own sacrifice.
And yet he walked.
No resistance recorded.
No escape described.
Just a son carrying woodโ€ฆ beside his fatherโ€ฆ up a mountain of surrender.
Then Isaac ask a question:
And Abraham answers with prophetic information:
โ€œ๐†๐จ๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ž ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐‡๐ข๐ฆ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฅ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฅ๐š๐ฆ๐›.โ€ (v8)
This makes the narrative heavy.
Because centuries later, Jesus the Son of God would climb another hill carrying the wood of His own sacrifice in His shoulders.
A cross.
Like Isaac, Jesus ascended the hill in obedience.
Like Isaac, He walked in submission to the Fatherโ€™s will.
But unlike Isaac, Jesus was not spared,
because He was the Lamb God promised.
And suddenly Isaacโ€™s question finds its answer.
โ€œWhere is the lamb?โ€
The answer was not a ram in a thicket.
It was Christ on the cross.
From the beginning, Scripture was telling one story:
A Father who would not spare what He loved most.
A Son who would carry the wood willingly.
And a Lamb who would take away the sin of the world.
โ€ (Genesis 22:8)
And He did.

Bible Words You Sayโ€ฆ But Donโ€™t Really Understand

Hidden Truths in the Bible
The sea was a wall.
The path was dry.
Israel stood at the edge of the Red Sea, hearing the thunder of Pharaohโ€™s chariots closing in from behind.
To human eyes, they were trapped between certain death and a watery grave.
But Moses stood before the trembling crowd and spoke words that defied their fear:
โ€œThe Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.โ€
(Exodus 14:14)
As Moses stretched out his hand, the Creator moved the wind. The sea did not just ripple; it split, forming walls of water and a path of dry ground in the deep.
(Exodus 14:21)
Israel walked through on dry land, protected by the very thing that should have drowned them.
When the Egyptian army followed, the same waters that saved the people became the destruction of the pursuit.
God did not just provide an escape; He ended the power of the enemy that was hunting them.
The barrier was never meant to stop them. It was meant to display the power of the One who leads them.
Are you staring at a "sea" in your life today that feels impossible to cross, or can you trust the One who holds the wind and the waves?
