As part of their marketing requirement, ABM students set up food kiosks in the lobby under Ma'am Anne Kimberly Dela Torre's supervision, putting learning into practice. Through the activity, which turns classroom ideas into practical experiences, students may put their knowledge of entrepreneurship, cooperation, and customer relations to use in an active campus environment.
In brief interviews, students shared mixed but meaningful experiences. One student admitted feeling pressured and tired from the preparation and selling, yet described the effort as โworth the pagod,โ expressing happiness in seeing their hard work pay off. Another shared feeling excited and fulfilled, noting that it is rewarding to see fellow students appreciate and support their products.
The stalls emphasize the importance of experience learning, where obstacles are transformed into chances for development and resiliency, in addition to fulfilling academic requirements. In addition to enhancing students' practical skills, the program makes them feel proud when their ideas are realized.
The ABM market, which is packed with activities in the lobby, serves as a reminder that learning happens best when students have the freedom to create, think, and interact with the community in meaningful ways.
