Isang makabuluhang hakbang tungo sa mas matatag na ugnayan ng paaralan, mga magulang, at lokal na pamahalaan ang matagumpay na Seremonya ng Panunumpa ng mga bagong halal na opisyal ng General Parents-Teachers Association (GPTA) ng mga paaralan sa Rosario District para sa Taong Panuruan 2026–2027, na ginanap noong Agosto 3, 2026 sa SB Hall, 3rd Floor, Municipal Building, Rosario, Cavite.

Pinangunahan ang seremonya nina Mayor Jose Voltaire V. Ricafrente at Vice Mayor Joanne Michelle Gonzalez, sa pakikipagtulungan ng mga Public Schools District Supervisors, sina Dr. Rolando B. Talon Jr. at Dr. Edlyn B. Matreo, kasama ang mga punong-guro ng elementarya at sekondarya sa Rosario District.

Sa isinagawang panunumpa, opisyal na nanungkulan ang bagong pamunuan ng GPTA sa pangunguna ni Rodrigo S. Estores bilang Pangulo, katuwang ang iba pang halal na opisyal at Board of Directors na magsisilbing katuwang ng mga paaralan sa pagsusulong ng mga programang nakatuon sa kapakanan ng mga mag-aaral.

Ang seremonyang ito ay sumasalamin sa matibay na paninindigan ng mga magulang at stakeholder na makiisa sa pagtataguyod ng de-kalidad, inklusibo, at makabuluhang edukasyon. Nawa'y magsilbi itong inspirasyon upang higit pang mapalakas ang pagtutulungan ng tahanan, paaralan, at pamahalaan para sa ikauunlad ng bawat mag-aaral.

Malugod naming binabati ang lahat ng bagong halal na opisyal ng GPTA! 🎉

Sama-sama nating isulong ang isang mas mahusay, mas ligtas, at mas matagumpay na Rosario District para sa bawat batang mag-aaral.

Mainit na tinanggap ng Rosario District ang pagdating ni Sir Manny B. Ilustrisimo, ang bagong Principal II ng Mayor Calixto D. Enriquez Elementary School (MCDEES).

Pinangunahan ni Dr. Rolando B. Talon Jr., Public Schools District Supervisor, kasama ang mga school heads ng elementarya at sekundarya, ang makabuluhang pagtanggap bilang pagpapakita ng pagkakaisa, suporta, at pagtutulungan sa patuloy na pagsusulong ng dekalidad na edukasyon.

Nagpaabot din ng buong suporta ang Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Bayan ng Rosario sa pangunguna nina Mayor Jose Voltaire V. Ricafrente at Vice Mayor Joanne Michelle Gonzales, sa pamamagitan ni Ms. Tani Sabas, Municipal Administrator, bilang kinatawan ng pamahalaang bayan. Ang kanilang pakikiisa ay patunay ng matatag na ugnayan ng DepEd Rosario District at ng LGU sa paghahatid ng mga programang makikinabang ang bawat mag-aaral at sa patuloy na pagpapaunlad ng kalidad ng edukasyon sa bayan.

Malugod naming tinatanggap si Sir Manny sa pamilya ng Rosario District at hangad namin ang kanyang matagumpay na pamumuno sa MCDEES. Nawa'y maging makabuluhan ang kanyang panunungkulan at magsilbing inspirasyon sa patuloy na paghahatid ng dekalidad na edukasyon para sa bawat batang Rosarian.

Ang Distrito ng Rosario ay buong pusong nakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa 2026 alinsunod sa Pampanguluhang Proklamasyon Blg. 1041.

Sa taong ito, ating isabuhay ang temang "Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon." Ipinapakita ng temang ito ang mahalagang papel ng Wikang Filipino sa makabagong panahon—bilang wika ng kaalaman, pananaliksik, at inobasyon—habang responsableng ginagamit ang Artificial Intelligence upang mapalawak ang akses sa impormasyon at mapanatili ang ating pambansang identidad.

Inaanyayahan ang buong komunidad ng DepEd Rosario District na makiisa sa iba't ibang gawaing magtataguyod ng pagmamahal sa ating wikang pambansa at pagpapahalaga sa kulturang Pilipino.

District of Rosario Equips School Leaders in Crafting Strategic School Improvement Plans and OPCRF

The Department of Education – Rosario District, under the leadership of Dr. Rolando B. Talon Jr., Public Schools District Supervisor, successfully conducted the District Workshop on Crafting School Improvement Plans (SIP) and Office Performance Commitment and Review Form (OPCRF) on July 22, 2026, at the ICT Room of Rosario Elementary School.

The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Domingo R. Cueto, Public Schools District Supervisor, who guided Master Teachers and School Heads in developing strategic, data-driven School Improvement Plans aligned with the Department of Education's priorities. Participants also strengthened their understanding of the OPCRF as a tool for accountability, continuous improvement, and effective performance management.

Through collaborative discussions and the sharing of best practices, the activity reinforced the importance of purposeful planning, strong leadership, and teamwork in building stronger schools and improving learning outcomes for every learner.

Together, we plan with purpose, lead with excellence, and build stronger schools for a brighter future!

The Department of Education – Rosario District, in partnership with the Rural Health Unit of Rosario, successfully conducted the Rosario Educators Champion Holistic Wellness Through Nutrition and Mental Health Forum on July 23, 2026, at the 3rd Floor, Sangguniang Bayan Hall, Municipal Hall, Rosario, Cavite.

Representing DepEd, Khrystinne Jem D. Rosete, Project Development Officer I, attended on behalf of Dr. Rolando B. Talon Jr., Public Schools District Supervisor. The event was graced by Dr. Lorenzito Atangan, Municipal Doctor.

The forum featured sessions from Samantha E. Bantilan, RND, Nutrition Officer II – PNNP, National Nutrition Council CALABARZON, who discussed the 2026 Nutrition Month theme, "Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan," sustainable food systems, and proper nutrition, and Grace B. Hebreo, RM, RN, Mental Health Focal Person of RHU Rosario, who shared practical strategies for promoting mental health and emotional well-being.

The activity aimed to strengthen awareness of sustainable nutrition and mental wellness among educators. It concluded with the closing remarks of Ma. Rea Agasino Villa, Municipal Nutrition Focal Person of RHU Rosario, encouraging participants to continue fostering healthier, more resilient, and supportive school communities.

The Department of Education – Rosario District, in partnership with the Municipal Rural Health Unit (RHU) of Rosario, successfully conducted the orientation meeting for the Totoy–Nene Interactive Youth Program, reaffirming their shared commitment to promoting the health, well-being, and positive development of every learner through health education and values formation.

The orientation was attended by Dr. Rolando B. Talon Jr., Public Schools District Supervisor; Khrystinne Jem D. Rosete, Project Development Officer I; Anna Marie Magsombol, District Nurse; Winchell De Vera, Nurse; Grace B. Hebreo, RHU Midwife I; Rachel Ricasata, RHU Population Program Officer; and Mrs. Lerie D. Rua, School Head of Silangan Elementary School, together with education leaders and partner stakeholders.

Through the strong partnership between the Municipal RHU and DepEd Rosario District, learners are empowered with the knowledge, skills, and values they need to make informed decisions and become responsible, healthy, and productive members of the community.
