Please be informed that starting from May 15, 2026, Monday, we are no longer welcoming new applicants nor accepting submission of requirements.

The guidance and counseling office will only accommodate the remaining scheduled batches of entrance examinees.

Admission will resume on Monday, but please be guided by the following:

📍 BY APPOINTMENT: Processing will strictly follow the provided schedule.
📍 MASTERLIST CHECK: Only those whose names appear on the official list for this date will be accommodated.
📍 PREPARATION: Ensure you have all your photocopies of documents ready to avoid delays.
